Use ScrollKey responsibly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through your store account before renewal.
1. Accepting these terms
ScrollKey is provided by P&A Apps. By downloading, accessing, or using ScrollKey, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to accept these terms in your country.
These terms govern your use of ScrollKey and its services. If you obtained ScrollKey through Apple’s App Store, your license to the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Your app store’s terms also apply to store purchases, billing, and account management.
2. What ScrollKey provides
ScrollKey is a focus and digital-wellbeing tool that helps you protect selected apps and earn limited access time through app activities. Results depend on your device, operating system, permissions, and settings. ScrollKey is not medical advice and does not guarantee a particular health or productivity result.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- The current price, billing period, included features, and any eligible trial are shown in ScrollKey and confirmed by your app store before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price and billing period unless canceled in your store account before renewal. Your store account is charged for the purchase and each renewal.
- A free trial is offered only when your store reports that your account is eligible. Unless canceled before it ends, a trial converts to the paid subscription shown at checkout.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Removing ScrollKey does not cancel a subscription.
- Billing, taxes, refunds, and store payment disputes are processed under the rules of the store where you purchased. Canceling normally stops future renewals; paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
4. Free and paid features
ScrollKey may offer different Free and Pro limits. We may add, remove, or change features over time, but changes do not alter a store-confirmed price or billing period without the notice and consent required by the applicable store and law.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use ScrollKey for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to bypass, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app, its services, or its purchase systems except where law expressly permits it.
- Misrepresent your eligibility for a trial, tester access, or another limited benefit.
6. Availability and updates
Device restrictions, operating-system changes, store outages, connectivity, or third-party services may affect availability. We may update ScrollKey to improve security, compatibility, or functionality. Some features may require a supported device, current app version, and permissions you control.
7. Intellectual property
ScrollKey, its design, branding, and original content are owned by P&A Apps or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ScrollKey is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the app provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
9. Suspension or termination
You may stop using ScrollKey at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, security, legal compliance, or the service, including for serious violations of these terms. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through your store account.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how ScrollKey handles information. It forms part of your understanding of the service and should be read with these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when ScrollKey, store requirements, or applicable law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required.
